The Role: Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant (360)

This is a full-cycle recruitment role combining delivery and business development across European startup clients.

You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while building and maintaining relationships with hiring companies, primarily in your local or native market.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across tech, product, and GTM roles
  • Source, assess, and engage candidates across European markets
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists aligned with client expectations
  • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage

Business Development

  • Contribute to building and expanding client relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your market
  • Support account growth through strong delivery and market insights
  • Operate a 360 desk with ownership over your pipeline

Market Expertise

  • Focus on one or more key markets such as:
    • Germany
    • France
    • Sweden
    • Netherlands
  • Provide insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring trends
  • Build strong local networks within startup ecosystems

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in a remote-first setup
  • Share candidate and market insights across the team
  • Contribute to a high-performance, low-ego culture

Who You Are

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years experience in recruitment (agency or consultancy preferred)
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle / 360 recruitment
  • Strong track record in candidate delivery and/or business development
  • Experience working with startups or fast-growth environments
  • Native or near-native proficiency in German or French strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English

  • Exposure to European hiring markets
