Lead Developer .NET

Company Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Developer / Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing technical responsibilities and planning resources for the maintenance and advancement of our web applications, ensuring robust development processes with .NET Core, Azure DevOps, Entity Framework, and MS SQL.

Responsibilities

• Take on technical accountability and planning for the maintenance and further development of web applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership in projects, consulting on ICT development issues, and coordinating with various departments.
• Analyze problems and troubleshoot disruptions or errors in a technical environment.
• Optimize development and testing environments, as well as automation processes and tools.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, application management, and internal IT to effectively develop the application landscape in line with technical requirements.
• Support the establishment and implementation of an IT and architecture strategy, creating a solid foundation for sustainable IT management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 10 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluency in German and French is essential for the role. The working language is German.
• Passionate about development and eager to face new challenges.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of databases and content management systems.
